Practice Manager

Hi, my name is Ally and I am the Practice Manager here at footinjuryclinic. I started working at footinjuryclinic in March 2020 and my aim is to find the most efficient ways to manage the clinic and help patients have the best experience possible.

Think of me as the problem solver here at footinjuryclinic. If you have any questions about the admin side of things e.g. billings, accounts etc., I’d be more than happy to have a chat and help with anything I can. With past experience as an Office Manager at a physiotherapy practice, I understand the value of patients’ time and having smooth transactions.

When I’m not at work, I’m studying a double degree at UNSW in Media and Design, which means I love all things visual and for everything to be neat and orderly. Outside of work and study, I’m either playing netball, walking my sausage dog Rosie or making the drive back up to Gunnedah to visit my family in the country.

Receptionist

Hi, my name is Yanling. I support Russel and Trevor as the Receptionist at footinjuryclinic – Bondi Junction. I have a bright and warm personality and love life. I live in the moment and enjoy meeting and helping people.

As a secretary of a busy practice, my work days fly. You might see me juggling between telephones and computers as I strive to streamline process and be as efficient as possible. I understand your time is precious and do my best to ensure your appointment runs on time and delivers what you need.

In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, swimming, jogging and reading. I also sing with the church choir at Sunday Mass.
