How to Use the Fasciitis Fighter

Fasciitis Fighter Exercises: calf raises with plantar fascia stretches

Level 1:

Resting your toes on the Fasciitis Fighter, push up using your other foot to support you as you rise. Take 3 seconds to go up, hold at the top for 2 seconds, take 3 seconds to come down. Repeat 5-10 times.

Level 2:

Take 3 seconds to go up, hold for 2, then remove the non-Fasciitis Fighter foot off the ground and come down on the Fasciitis Fighter foot only, over 3 seconds. Repeat 5-10 times.

Level 3: 

Take 3 seconds to go up on the Fasciitis Fighter foot only, hold for 2 seconds and go down for 3 seconds. Repeat 5-10 times.

Only move up from one level to the next if you are finding the exercise easy and, more importantly, pain-free.
